Cancellation Policy
At Inner Mind Yoga, we understand that life can be unpredictable. We aim to offer flexible cancellation options while ensuring fairness to our teachers and other participants. Please read our policy carefully before booking any session or program.
🧘♀️ Workshops & Online Programs
Cancellations by Participants:
Up to 5 days before start date: Full refund or option to transfer your registration to a future workshop.
Within 5 days of start date: 50% refund, provided no session materials have been accessed.
After workshop begins: No cancellation or refund allowed.
Cancellations by Inner Mind Yoga:
In the rare case that a workshop is canceled by us, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for another batch.
🤰 Consultations (Pregnancy, Ayurveda, Wellness)
Rescheduling:
You may reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours in advance at no extra charge.
Cancellations:
24 hours or more in advance: 100% refund.
Less than 24 hours: No refund; however, one reschedule may be granted on a case-by-case basis.
No-shows: Considered as used; no refund or reschedule.
📥 Digital Products (eBooks, Journals, Recordings)
Cancellations are not permitted once the product is delivered or downloaded.
Please review all product details before purchase, as digital content is non-refundable.

All cancellation/refund requests must be emailed to imyogastudio2020@gmail.com with your name, contact number, and transaction details.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
